Ankama GamesĄ¯ studio has earned worldwide recognition for the quality and originality of its projects: DOFUS, Dofus-Arena and Wakfu. Created in 2003, today the company has a workforce of over one hundred and over 7 million players have been seduced by the unique style of Ankama Games' offerings. At present, Ankama Games is developing Wakfu, a cross-media project fusing anime, video game, card game and comic book genres.
In May 2005, the staff of the studio was composed of 25 graphic designers and developers, a marketing communication service and outside contributors for the creation of sound effects.
Ankama Studio is behind the MMORPG phenomenon which is DOFUS. Since September 2004, this unique video game achieves a great success on the French-speaking market. The upper stage is now the imminent English version.
