CCR is a leading internet technology firm that offers a vast array of internet related solutions and software including mobile internet technology, visual web search technology, browser design editor software, and most importantly, its multi-player on-line games. Since its startup in 1995 as a student venture, CCR took on a number of system integration projects for early Information Technology ventures funded by major Korean conglomerates such as Samsung SDS, POSCO, Dacom, Hansol, and SK where it diligently strengthened its technology base and reputation in the Korean IT sector. Later, CCR began its path for recognition with its application development services for SK¡¯s NETSGO, the largest Internet Service Provider in Korea, where CCR eagerly overtook both planning and development of NETSGO¡¯s client program as well as back-end programming.

To further diversify its portfolio, CCR expanded its operations to mobile internet technology solutions and online game development, participating in projects such as Shinsegi Telecom¡¯s I-touch system (Now SK Telecom) and content development, and successfully developing and launching CCR¡¯s flagship online game Fortress.

In 1999, CCR reached out further by granting exclusive rights to distribute its browser design software, X2Web?, to SOFTBANK of Japan on a ?23 million dollar deal. The same year, Macrowell Technology of Taiwan was also granted exclusive rights to distribute X2Web? in the Greater China region. After participating in Comdex 2000, held in Las Vegas, The US Wall Street Journal commended CCR by commenting that its advanced technology will help enable CCR to emerge as a new technology leader in the Korean economy. This year, CCR has sought yet another success by launching its on-line game Fortress 2 Blue with over 9 million subscribers. Recognized as one of world¡¯s most successful online games, Fortress 2 Blue¡¯s popularity has also reached rest of Asia-Pacific with its service launch in Taiwan and Japan, by partnering with Acer TWP of Taiwan and Ban Dai of Japan respectively. CCR is planning to list on the KOSDAQ in the second quarter of FY 2002.
