MKZ Online

The background time of MKZ is 2010-2020. The story is based on that of Metal Knight. At that time, large-scale combat robots were invented. The relations between countries with strong military forces are complex. After the combat robots are introduced into warfare, they arouse global terror and military conflicts. The scenarios are designed mainly taking modern Asian metropolises, new cities and their outskirts around the Persian Gulf as reference. Most weapons are active service weapons. Some weapons which are still in the laboratory (e.g. FN SCAR, XM8, and XM110) are also available. Players can also have an opportunity to use some combat robots.

World of Qin 2: Phoenix Dancing

It is the twilight decade of the Warring States period. Feudal despots, warlords, and bandit lords all vie against one another for supremacy over the vast tracts of land that will someday become China. Just seven kingdoms remain: the wealthy, commerce-driven Qi; the sturdy, stoic Yan; the passionate, literate Chu; the clever but war-plagued Han; the fiercely independent and patriotic Zhao; the politically clever Wei; and the law-abiding Qin, whose obsession with formality, ritual, and legalism are yet to be equaled.

Dragon Throne Online

The Three Kingdoms period stretched from the last few years of the Han Dynasty to the Jin Dynasty. During this period, the unified country of China was divided into three major kingdoms. Like other famous periods in Chinese history, a large number of records have depicted this chaotic period such as official documents, non-official documents, novels, poems, songs, storytelling, folkstories, etc. Among them the works by Chen Shou and Luo Guanzhong are the best known.

Seal of Evil

The Seal of Evil story is set in the twilight years of the Warring States period of Chinese history (476 ¨C 206 BC). This turbulent time marks the disintegration of the longest lived of all imperial dynasties, the Zhou. Out of the strife and chaos emerges a nobleman possessed of an indomitable spirit and an uncompromising vision of the future: Ying Zheng, ruler of the Qin state. He will stop at nothing to reunite the disparate Chinese kingdoms. Combining ancient legends and mythic storytelling with historical fact, Seal of Evil sets the stage for an epic adventure wherein the players struggle to thwart the Qin invasion of their peaceful homeland, East Baiyue. Ferocious beasts, merciless enemy soldiers, wicked bandits, and terrifying supernatural foes are hazards they must face in order to achieve this goal. There is still hope for them, however, for along the way they will also make many friends and acquire powerful weapons and equipment. And armed with mighty elemental magic, they may yet come face to face with the very Gods themselves¡

Prince of Qin

Prince of Qin does incorporate an interesting elemental magic system, based on the ancient Chinese theory (which predates Aristotle's similar theory by centuries) that the physical world is made up of five elements: earth, fire, metal, water, and wood. A five-way rock-paper-scissors-style relationship exists between the elements in the game, making some powerful against others, but also making some able to bolster others. Certain combinations of elemental equipment produce results greater than the sum of the parts. The game also has a rudimentary trade skill system, whereby you can make new items by combining raw materials if you're proficient enough and know the proper recipe. Beyond all that, Prince of Qin is obviously similar to Baldur's Gate, insofar as this game is likewise split up into a large number of relatively small areas enshrouded in a fog of war that clears away as you move through it. Many of the areas are towns, and you'll often meet characters willing to send you on fetch quests or other simple tasks in exchange for experience points and some other rewards. Leveling up in Prince of Qin is treated much like in Diablo II, where you can spend attribute points to improve your characters' core stats, and skill points to gain or augment special abilities.
