With a solid background in the European games- and multimedia scene, Reakktor.com was originally founded back in 1991 under the name Century Interactive by Martin J. Schwiezer The first full budget development of Reakktor.com was named Subtrade for the CommodoreTMAMIGATM (an economic simulation for up to 4 players). The game had great reviews and is still known by many AMIGATM veterans.
Since then we developed more than 20 games for PC and for the classic 8- and 16 bit home computer generations, including the PC action adventure Bermuda Syndrome (published worldwide through Bertelsmann AG) and a cooperative-play 2D multiplayer shooter named Cyberzerk (Commodore AMIGATM , published through Boeder AG). In 1997 the name of the company was changed to Reakktor.com (the domain name was registered in Aug. 1996). Besides computer- and video games, Reakktor.com also has strong roots in the German multi media industry. In cooperation with Pixel Park AG, Berlin, Reakktor successfully designed and produced several multi media titles in the early 90s. The multimedia division of Reakktor.com was founded in 1993. Here¡¯s a small selection of products which were created during that time in cooperation with Pixelpark AG.
